Work Smarter, Not Harder

If only someone would of told me to Work Smarter, Not Harder earlier in my career. I was with a big box brokerage for quite a few years, and it was drilled in our head to call for hours upon hours a day to strangers, and we all know the conversion rate on that. If only they would of shown us how to grow our business organically, with the end goal to be 100% referral. I think I would be farther along than I am today, with more money in my pocket, more productive relationships in my CRM, and likely even higher production numbers year over per year.

What does "Work smarter, not harder" mean? It is a common phrase that means finding ways to be more efficient and effective in your work, rather than just putting in more hours or effort. The idea is to focus on strategies that will help you get more done in less time, without sacrificing quality.

Working smarter can involve a number of different approaches, depending on the task or project you're working on. For example, it might mean:

Prioritizing tasks so you're focusing on the most important and valuable work first.

Automating repetitive tasks or using tools to streamline your workflow.

Delegating tasks to others who are better suited to handle them.

Taking breaks and managing your energy to avoid burnout.

Setting clear goals and metrics for success, so you know what you're working towards and can measure your progress.

How does this work with our brokerage? NextHome Vibe Real Estate has systems in place to help you with tasks and tools to streamline. It literally works for you, not you working for it. Hours are saved, giving you more time to build relationships and not spend hours making phone calls or sitting doing paperwork.

We have showing assistants, and support to leverage your time so you can again, use your time more productively beside showing buyers for hours on end, attending inspections, and doing tasks that others can do for you.

We operate like a family supporthing each other during lifes best moments, and hardest moments. We encourage each other to do "self care" and protect your energy.

We spend time together talking about our goals, and how to reach them. The broker, myself, is available at all times. No waiting to talk to your broker until tomorrow or next week.

Ultimately, the goal of working smarter is to be more productive and achieve better results, while using your time and resources more efficiently. By focusing on strategies that make your work easier and more effective, you can accomplish more in less time and with less stress. We are here to help.
